Tuning In

Dear Beautiful One,

By discarding the mask of lies, you will rediscover your truth by opening to your authentic self. The lies that cover up your heart were created through your experiences and the feedback that you received from others. The time is now, not tomorrow, not next week, nor next month, to let the lies go. Make the commitment to yourself without procrastination. By strengthening your connection to Creator, you open the way for healing to take place, but you must let go of the fear that holds you hostage. Doubt, self-loathing, fear, judgment, hatred, and pride are all misconceptions driven by ego, perfectly designed to keep you from the truth. You are a divine spirit sent here to be a light in the world.

Be gentle in your reproach without causing friction to your heart. There is no reason for further damage because you cannot validate yourself with lies. You see what you want to see, and if your lens is dirty, you will only see flaws. The beauty of your soul shines from within and was not created through a dirty glass. It’s just an illusion. The lies that you believe keep you frozen in fear. You are light, joy, and love. Take a mental note by going deep within yourself, down into those deep, dark places that you hide from the world, and bring those old memories to light for reexamination. By knocking down that self-imposed prison door, the lies lose their power. Set yourself free by expressing love and goodness. Make a pact with Creator by releasing this toxic poison that makes your heart bleed, and spit out those bitter stones. Your soul is aching for love, self-love. You are the only one who can give it to yourself. Nobody else can do it for you. If you withhold love from yourself, then you can’t really love anyone else. Without loving yourself first, you have no idea what love really feels like. Your perception will be clouded by ill-fated past experiences that repeat over and over again. Every day you make new recordings, whether positive or negative. It is your duty to yourself to remain vigilant by destroying the negative recordings before they become embedded. Surrender and let Creator heal you.  Take a moment

to just be in your heart and breathe. Disconnect from all of the noise and get comfortable. It’s time to take this opportunity to get to know yourself. It’s going to get ugly in there, but it must be done. You are so worth the effort. If you push past the muck, the grime, the lies, the guilt, the pain, the judgment, and the fear, you will transform. The more time you spend within, the brighter your light will shine as you tune into the world of unconditional love. This is what you are.  You must give yourself the same selfless kindness that you bestow upon others so freely. Widen your circle of friends to include  yourself. Spread your gifts, your wisdom, your strength, your grace, and answer the call of your own heart. You have a lot of wonderful gifts to share. Don’t shun what you know to be deep inside of you, because it matters; you matter, we all matter. If you can’t walk through that doorway, then crawl through it. I don’t care if you have to drag yourself through it. Do whatever you have to do just get the hell out of there. Once you make it out, tell yourself: I’M NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL I GET THIS POISION OUT! Do it for yourself. A whole world is waiting for you to emerge from that jail cell. You have the key, so use it. There are no losers in this world, only winners. All you have to do is unlock the door and let yourself out.
